YouTube Cookies

Search Engine

The search engine on our website is designed to be as powerful and easy to use as the popular search engine Google. The search is made possible by a piece of hardware (a search ‘appliance’) supplied by Google that is plugged into our server and continuously indexes the content on our site. All search requests are handled by the appliance and the information is not passed on to any third party, including Google.

Targeting

‘Targeting’ cookies are linked to services provided by third parties, such as ‘Like’ buttons and ‘Share’ buttons. The third party provides these services in return for recognising that you have visited our website.

Targeting cookies are used to link to social networks like Facebook, who may subsequently use information about your visit to target advertising to you on other websites and provide advertising agencies with information on your visit so that they can present you with adverts that you may be interested in.

What Do we Do With Your Information?

We use your information to process orders you make from our Site. When Do We Give Information That You Provide Us With To Other People?

Apart from entities that are involved in helping us to run our Site, we never give your information to any third parties. The entities that help us run our site are Tsohost, which provides hosting, Clever Squid, which provides design services to us, and Stripe [or other payment provider], which provides credit card payment processing services to us. In order to buy material from our Site you will have to comply with the terms of our payment partner, Stripe, and will need to review and agree to Stripe privacy Policy when you do so (see the Stripe terms and conditions at Stripe for further information). We and Stripe will share information with each other only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make for materials from our Site and to enable us to retrieve payments from Stripe.

Tsohost provides the technology on which our Site runs and holds and maintains the databases in which data about our users is contained. Tsohost will only use data you provide to the extent necessary to enable us to operate the Site. We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information (i) to comply with applicable laws and government requests, (ii) to be able to operate our systems properly or (iii) to protect ourselves or our users.
